OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU DURING COVID-19
MOVING DURING THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC
We are living in truly unique times. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect our world, we are all doing our part to navigate the situation while being of service to you. We are committed to keeping you updated and informed on the steps we are taking to keep our employees and clients safe. Our goal has always been and will always be to provide a safe and stress-free moving experience. During these unprecedented times, we pledge to keep your safety and ours a top priority.
The Ontario Government has released a list of essential workplaces that are permitted to operate. Moving & Warehousing services are classified as “essential services”. We take our role as essential service providers very seriously and we will continue to operate with added measures to protect our employees, clients, and community.
We continue to monitor the situation closely and are following the latest guidance from local, provincial and federal health authorities, including Public Health Canada, to ensure that our practices are aligned with the latest recommendations.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule/postpone my move or pack?
We understand your concerns and we are here to help. We will cancel and/or reschedule your move at no cost to you. Simply get in touch with your representative to discuss your options.
OUR RECOMMENDATIONS TO CLIENTS, HOW YOU CAN KEEP SAFE DURING YOUR MOVE:
- While it is custom, do not shake hands with the moving crew.
- Consider having a dedicated washroom, if possible, for your team to wash their hands.
- Have a pen handy to sign documents such as your bill of lading.
- Practice social distancing. Limit the number of members present in the house or office to 1 or 2.
- Have soap, water, hand sanitizer and single-use towels available. Wash hands frequently and wear gloves.
- It is a good idea to clean your new home before your arrival if possible.
- Wipe down your furniture, surfaces and high-traffic areas after the movers leave with disinfectants.
